Studio 40 sq.mt., (under renovation), in the picturesque village of Mitilinii, Samos.
In a stone building of the early 20th century, in which all traditional architectural elements have been preserved, we have designed, in contemporary and clean-cut lines, a modern and functional space for vacation or permanent residence.
The stone walls have been renovated and jointed with white plaster. The internal lie of the studio, combines both modern as well as traditional elements.
The studio has a 30 sq.mt. garden at the back and it consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and WC.
The bedroom is located in the attic and it has a peripheral view of the village.
It is fully furnished. It has electrical appliances such as refrigerator, washing machine, kitchenette and air condition.
The studio is located at the upper side of the village, 100 m away from the traditional central village square.
